Disabled facilities at Seville airport

In accordance with EU regulations, Seville International Airport is fully compliant with assistance and services for travellers with disabilities.

Travellers with a disability are requested to contact their airline in advance, normally with 48 hours notice.

Codes

WCHC – Wheelchair bound passengers who require assistance throughout their passage through the airport, they will also require accompanying if the journey is more than three hours

WCHR – Passengers who need assistance to and from the aircraft but can move around unaided once on board.

WCHS – Passengers who need assistance getting to the terminal or boarding but are self-sufficient once inside the aircraft.

DEAF: Deaf

Requesting Assistance

1) Notify your airline, tour operator or travel agent of your requirements at least 48 hours before travelling or at the time of purchasing your ticket.

Go to Meeting Point

If no meeting point has been agreed on, when you arrive at the pre-arranged time, go to one of the intercoms which are located throughout the airport (locations can be found on www.aena.es) and inform them that you are there, it is always recommended that you arrive at least two hours prior to departure, once you have informed them you are there, a member of the team will come and meet you and assist you.

Checking in & Boarding

A member of the team will assist you at check-in, through security and help you to board the aircraft, they will also assist you with your luggage and any personal needs too if need be.

Arriving at Seville Airport

You will be assisted to disembark, retrieve your luggage and accompany you to a meeting point within the airport.
